My career began behind the curtain.

I studied Entertainment Technology and built my early experience through theatre, television, and live production. I worked as a lighting technician, stage manager, and technical project manager before moving into leadership and eventually becoming CEO of Multi-Media.

That journey shaped how I think about business. The audience may only see the final moment, but the quality of that moment depends on the decisions, people, and systems working behind it.

Connection should be intentional

Every event, speech, meeting, and piece of communication should give people a reason to care.

Technical brilliance needs creative purpose

Technology becomes meaningful when it improves the human experience.

People need agency

Careers change when people stop waiting for permission and begin taking responsibility for the value they create.

Stories from movies, anime, and gaming often explain transformation, leadership, and identity better than another corporate diagram.
